Crouching huddled in the grass, A woman huddled quite alone Eyes glazed with fear and smooth as glass, Beneath the Stalker’s Moon.
A car door slams, the chase is on, She rises, stumbling running forth; Her desperate race to find the sun, Beneath the Stalker’s Moon.
Each breaking twig a fateful error, Helps build within her fraying mind; A mental fog of blinding terror, Beneath the Stalker’s Moon


PhantasmagoriaPhantasmagoria. The city squats in its own filth like an infected wound in the earth. Like a weeping sore, its effluent flows from it via the great canals that scar the landscape, like veins pumping infected blood into the ruined land. Around it, the land itself is ruined and wasted, scarred by mines, tar pits and sucking swamps of polluted filth, a greater barrier to the enslaved populace than the guards themselves. What trees grow there are stunted, poisoned and twisted and thus quickly die, their skeletal forms lingering, martyrs to Mother Nature’s torment. Elsewhere, clouds of midges darken the air, thicker than water, their buzzing likePhantasmagoria

The sun is dead, the frost is come, The world is in is icy grip; And not until its sorry time is done, Shall frost its cold dictatorship relinquish.
Men’s hearts which once with passion burned, Lie freezing in the winter grass; The reign of summer overturned, Their eyes as blank and chilling as the ice.
Their families huddle up in bed, Not knowing what the winter stole; And lie awake for fathers tread, By morning they shall know he’s not returning.
